We offer both onsite and offsite RPO services. In the onsite model, the recruiters will be based out of your office. While the onsite model is much preferable, in case you have any limitations, our team can work offsite also.

Financial Models for RPO

  • Fixed Price Model

    In the fixed-price model, the client would pay an agreed fixed amount of money per month for the contract’s duration, regardless of the number of recruitments. This fixed price includes all costs related to recruiting. The advantage of this model is cost because it is the most cost-effective model. The disadvantage is that this model does not link to the success rate of hiring.

  • Fixed Price plus ATS

    In this model, the service cost is fixed. The costs related to ATS (Applicant Tracking System), subscription of external candidate databases, and sponsored job posts are charged extra of actual costing basis. Hybrid mode.

  • Hybrid model

    This model links to the success rate. There would be a fixed monthly price plus an agreed amount for each successful selection and candidate joining. This model is more expensive than the fixed-price model, but as it is linked to the success rate, the risk is shared with the client for the RPO engagement. This financial model for RPO makes more sense, especially considering the typical challenges of hiring top candidates.
